Getting a good line art scan with a desktop scanner is easy, but there are some extra steps you need to take to insure the best quality. Yes, it takes just a little more time, but it's worth it.

Instead of using the "Line Art" setting available on most desktop scanners, we'll scan the line art in "Grayscale", and make adjustment in Photoshop 5.5 before converting the art to "Bitmap" mode. So let's do it!
