An image of a sky with clouds was scanned and altered to fit the "sailor" composition. After extensive alterations and painting, the sky was converted to line art with the Andromada Screen filter. A 22lpi, horizontal, wavy line screen was used.

The "sky" image was then moved into the "sailor" image. It's layer was positioned and the sky trimmed to fit.
